1. Step 01

   You reach out

   Fill out our contact form or send us an email, whichever is easiest. Tell us a little about your business and your goals. There’s no commitment and no sales pressure, and you’ll typically hear back within one business day.

2. Step 02

   We get to know each other

   We setup a call where we learn more about your business and your vision. We’ll show you how you could get more out of your website — or, if you don’t already have one — how a website could better serve your business and customers. Once we have an idea of your goals and the size of the project, we can talk you through our pricing, what services you may or may not want, and settle on a quote for the project. You leave knowing the plan and the price, before you’ve committed to anything.

3. Step 03

   Designing phase

   Once everything is agreed upon, we will start drafting concepts for your homepage based off the direction you’ve given us. We’ll revise as we go based off your feedback, and only continue to the next step once we have a homepage you love. All we need from you is your feedback and your direction, we’ll handle the rest.

4. Step 04

   Building stage

   With the homepage approved, we build the rest of the site to match: every page, clean and custom, built to showcase your business. You stay in the loop the whole way, and nothing goes forward without your approval.

5. Wrapping up the build

   Once the website is visually complete, we will polish and review everything to ensure it is all working properly. Once we confirm that everything is running perfectly, we will prepare hosting and the systems to launch the site.

6. Step 05

   Launch day

   After the final approval, your website goes live — we’ll walk you through how everything works, then hand it all over: the files, the accounts, the ownership. Everything is in place, and the site is officially yours!

7. Post-launch

   Now that you have full ownership of your website, you will receive a guide on self-hosting and managing it with our bespoke Site Editor — or, the option of us taking care of the whole thing for you.

Just because the build is finished, it doesn’t mean our relationship ends there. We want you to know that our doors are always open for any additions, advice, or just catching-up!
